What you will do

• Partner with People Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Retail Training & Development teams to design learning solutions for corporate employees and store leadership.
• Support and manage large-scale and specialized manager development programs for corporate and store teams.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual learning sessions and manage eLearning, microlearning, and AI-enabled learning interventions where applicable.
• Oversee vendors and manage learning offerings through Workday Learning.
• Support change management efforts, own core change management curricula, and contribute to team effectiveness and organizational design initiatives.
• Measure the impact of people and organizational development initiatives on business value.

Requirements

• Proficient English is required. Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in training, organizational development, and change management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Working knowledge of learning and development and organizational effectiveness practices.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels, including senior leaders and global partners.
• Strong communication, influencing, facilitation, consultative, collaboration, initiative, and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in assessment tools and methodologies such as MBTI, DiSC, or Social Styles.
• Mandarin language skills.
