Human Resources Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Support the employee journey across attraction, onboarding, development, performance, rewards, engagement, and transitions.
• Maintain HR systems and records, respond to employee enquiries, and support seamless HR operations.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, immigration, vendors, and external partners to deliver employee services and support regulatory compliance.
• Prepare workforce reports, people analytics, surveys, and insights for business and people strategy decisions.
• Support HR policies, employee communications, governance, compliance, audits, learning, wellbeing, engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Administer employee relations cases and contribute to HR projects, digitalisation, system enhancements, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of HR experience.
• Strong numerical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask, manage tight and conflicting timelines, work independently, and recommend and implement process improvements.
• Experience in HR operations and payroll is advantageous.
