Electrical Systems Technician (Industrial Automation)

Location: Knoxville, Iowa, United States; onsite production environment

Salary: $34.22–$40.93 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus shift differential.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic equipment, including drives, PLCs, robotics, and other electronics.
• Install, maintain, repair, move, replace, modify, adjust, and calibrate industrial and commercial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair critical production equipment.
• Support safety, compliance, environmental health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement operator improvement ideas and contribute to production reliability.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or higher and three years of industrial maintenance experience, or a technical degree/diploma in robotics, automation technology, industrial robotics and automation, robotics/automated systems technology, or another multi-craft technology program.
• Education must be completed and verified before starting.
• Five years of industrial maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance is not authorized.
