Marketing Proposal Specialist III (AEC)

Location: In-office at HBC's South Florida, Miami-area headquarters; candidates must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States.

hirify.global is an engineering firm with a Marketing and Business Development team supporting strategic pursuits.

What you will do

• Coordinate, write, and lead qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and leave-behind materials for strategic and complex pursuits.
• Develop pursuit strategies using client research, industry intelligence, and actionable win plans.
• Collaborate with technical staff and pursuit teams on content, messaging, interviews, and presentations.
• Lead pursuit strategy meetings and coach technical presenters during interview and presentation phases.
• Provide editorial guidance, quality control, compliance review, and constructive feedback to less-experienced proposal staff.
• Support marketing and public relations activities, including press releases, newsletters, and award submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, plus 5–8 years of relevant proposal or marketing experience; 10+ years may substitute for the degree.
• Extensive experience developing and leading strategic or highly competitive proposals.
• Experience with SF-330 format and public-sector procurement processes, including RFQ and RFP responses.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, time management, and document quality control skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat and InDesign.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• AEC or public infrastructure industry experience.
• Experience with AI or data analytics tools for market and client trend analysis.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and CRM tools such as BQE.
• Understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
