Marketing Specialist (3+ years) (AEC)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite office position

Salary: USD 70,000–78,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support business development, client engagement initiatives, and relationship-building activities.
• Manage marketing data, resources, and content while maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and special events.
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and remain organized and adaptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
• Work samples such as proposals, press releases, or strategic plans.
