Marketing Proposal Specialist (A/E/C)

Location: Onsite in Thornton, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Pasadena, Texas; Chattanooga, Tennessee; Rochester Hills, Michigan; Decatur, Illinois; or Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Essential functions must be performed in a company-designated office or field location. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and paid weekly.

What you will do

• Lead the development of proposals, requests for proposals, and statements of qualifications.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, operations personnel, and subject matter experts.
• Write, proofread, and edit cover letters, company overviews, technical resumes, project descriptions, and related content.
• Lead kickoff calls, develop proposal outlines, compile components, and manage submission deadlines.
• Develop and update presentations, brochures, graphics, organizational charts, and other marketing collateral.
• Support proposal production, printing, submissions, and internal information archiving.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, organization, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a complex workload, multiple project deadlines, and a fast-paced environment.
• Regular and predictable attendance, with work performed onsite in a designated office or field location.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, and graphic layout.
• Knowledge of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
• Previous proposal experience.
