Location: Hybrid role based in Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, Punto Polanco, Mexico

What you will do
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Generate, send, and follow up on invoices.
- Reconcile incoming payments with customer accounts and invoices.
- Analyze aging reports and communicate with clients about overdue balances and payment issues.
- Prepare internal accounts receivable reports and maintain accurate financial records.
- Contribute to improving AR processes and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- High attention to detail, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Knowledge of regional tax regulations related to receivables.
- Experience automating or streamlining AR processes with digital tools.
