Salary: $55,000–$85,000 per year, depending on level.

What you will do

• Perform analytical testing and method qualification of biotherapeutic samples using HPLC, mass spectrometry, SDS-PAGE, SDS-CGE, ELISA, UV-Vis, and other biophysical methods.
• Execute experimental protocols, interpret results, and analyze scientific data.
• Document results in technical reports and electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Troubleshoot experiments and support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present findings to internal teams and clients while contributing to team-based problem solving.
• Handle, label, and dispose of chemicals and hazardous materials properly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Research Associate I: 0+ years of experience.
• Research Associate II: 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 0+ years with a master’s degree.
• Senior Research Associate: 4+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with a master’s degree.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with analytical techniques, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot experiments.
• Effective technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to work in teams and interact with clients.
