Process Improvement and System Expert (SAP)

What you will do

• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation across the EAME Supply Chain organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash processes, SAP systems, reporting tools, and business applications.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, aligning stakeholders and measuring business benefits.
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Analyze processes and operational data to identify automation, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
• Partner with IT, SAP BPO, Compliance, and global process owners on system enhancements, governance, audit support, master data, reporting, and business continuity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, or Supply Chain.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and experience with process or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, plus experience with knowledge management, training coordination, or onboarding.

Nice to have

• Project participation, project management, or system implementation experience.
• Power BI experience.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
