Senior IT Business Enablement Manager - Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability

What you will do

• Partner with Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability leaders, Corporate IT, and delivery teams as the interface between business functions and IT.
• Define and maintain functional, regional, and operating-company IT strategies and application roadmaps.
• Identify business outcomes, assign them to value streams, prioritize backlogs, and determine suitable delivery approaches.
• Support proof of concepts, author user requirements, track ROI and post-delivery performance, and measure improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, automation, analytics, and digital technology adoption across sourcing and sustainability.
• Maintain an integrated technology landscape, support sourcing tools such as Beeline, ensure GxP and regulatory compliance, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with sourcing, procurement, supplier lifecycle capabilities, or sourcing technology transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a STEM-equivalent certification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Indirect Sourcing capabilities and the ability to translate business and data requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders through business acumen, structured communication, and decision support.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional delivery teams and competing priorities.
• Ability to build partnerships across sourcing, business, and technology teams and drive progress through ambiguity and complexity.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Beeline, ServiceNow Procurement, SAP S/4HANA, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience with sustainability, ESG, responsible sourcing, supplier sustainability, or carbon reporting initiatives.
• Experience with global M&A and due diligence projects.
