Supply Chain Solution Lead Planning Analytics-2 (Tableau)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital supply chain solutions, primarily Tableau dashboards and analytics.
• Translate requirements from planning, manufacturing, fulfilment, logistics, finance, IT, and regional stakeholders into scalable solution designs.
• Own reporting and analytics solution lifecycles, including requirements gathering, data validation, user testing, release coordination, and post-go-live support.
• Develop dashboards and performance tools covering demand and supply planning, deployment, inventory, fulfilment, backorders, and operational execution.
• Manage application support through issue triage, root cause analysis, access coordination, release testing, documentation, and enhancement prioritization.
• Lead user engagement, training, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of supply chain digital tools.

Requirements

• Understanding of demand planning, supply planning, deployment, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and fulfilment.
• Experience developing, managing, or supporting supply chain reporting, analytics, dashboards, or business applications.
• Tableau Creator License is required.
• Experience with application support, issue resolution, user support, release coordination, testing, documentation, and requirements translation.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders across global, regional, site, planning, and IT teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, plus 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.

Nice to have

• Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Python, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
• Supply chain applications such as Kinaxis/RapidResponse, ERP reporting environments, or similar platforms.
• APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or Agile certification.
