Business Intelligence Specialist

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote-work days per year

What you will do

• Support business improvement initiatives across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
• Map processes and review, clean, transform, and model data to identify insights and support decisions.
• Deliver regular reports, ad-hoc analyses, and reporting sets that improve end-to-end process visibility.
• Optimize GBS reporting methods and tools for usability and business decision-making.
• Partner with Operations teams on process mapping, waste identification, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support FP&A processes through retrospective and predictive analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Mandatory experience with SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and their application to business situations.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, execution, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or SAP.
