Process Excellence & Transformation Expert (AI, BI, CI & Automation)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process analysis, mapping, redesign, and continuous improvement across finance and non-finance domains.
• Drive transformation initiatives from idea identification through implementation and stabilization.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases as an AI Champion.
• Design and implement AI-enabled automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Data Platform, and enterprise AI capabilities.
• Own the delivery pipeline for automation and AI solutions and develop Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders, IT departments, and external vendors while leading change management, training, and adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in process excellence, transformation, or shared services environments.
• Understanding of finance processes including P2P, A2R, and C2C, with exposure to non-finance domains.
• Strong analytical skills and experience delivering process optimization, automation, or transformation projects end to end.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying solutions with Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Experience with AI use-case design, prompt engineering, workflow integration, and responsible AI principles.
• Project and stakeholder management skills, including workshop facilitation, team training, communication, and change adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, RPA tools, Snowflake, Azure/OpenAI, or similar platforms.
