Product Support Analyst II (Fintech)

Location: Kraków, Poland. Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office; parents of a child up to 4 years old may work 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and risks, and recommend improvements.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
• Support project delivery through implementation planning, testing, training, and rollout.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, execution, defect management, and results analysis.
• Partner with business users, technology teams, and vendors to design and implement application enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and documentation, act as a subject matter expert, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, project management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of financial services experience.
• Experience with systems implementations or business transformation projects.
• Knowledge of alternative investment products and fund administration.
