Senior Interior Designer

Location: Full-time, in-office position in Winter Park, Florida; candidates must be located in the Orlando area. This is not a remote position.

What you will do

• Collaborate daily with the Principal Designer and contribute to client presentation boards.
• Select and specify finishes, furnishings, and accessories across multiple residential projects.
• Obtain vendor quotes, pricing, and samples while managing project administration.
• Prepare client proposals and purchase orders and oversee project execution.
• Manage projects from concept through completion, coordinating with workrooms, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain the firm’s aesthetic and deliver exceptional customer service throughout each project.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional residential interior design experience.
• Experience working in an interior design firm or equivalent professional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, design sensibility, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, confident, and communicative approach with a strong commitment to client service.

Nice to have

• Visual merchandising or sales experience, preferably with a luxury furniture or home furnishings brand.
• Product knowledge and industry expertise in residential interiors and furnishings.
