What you will do

• Collaborate with interiors and project leadership to support project excellence and successful delivery.
• Prepare, present, and document interior design concepts for stakeholders across project phases.
• Participate in pursuits, client interviews, presentations, and other business development activities.
• Contribute to formal and informal design reviews and solve design challenges with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop technical knowledge of documents and details from programming through construction administration.
• Promote sustainable design approaches that support healthy environments and occupant well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited school.
• Active interior design certificate or registration as an architect in the country of residence.
• At least five years of experience in a relevant design-firm environment.
• Professional experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with interest in team leadership, collaboration, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Full-time regular position based in Seattle, Washington, United States.
