Associate Principal, Interiors (Healthcare)

Salary: $98,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead interior design across all project phases, from programming through construction administration.
• Direct interior design teams on projects of varying size and complexity.
• Delegate work and supervise the contributions of other designers.
• Develop, document, and present design concepts to project stakeholders and industry peers.
• Prepare presentation materials and project documentation using relevant design and productivity software.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams while managing project communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• At least 10 years of experience in a relevant design firm environment.
• NCIDQ certificate.
• ID license in the applicable state.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Professional communication, presentation, client management, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• California healthcare experience.
• LEED AP certification.
• WELL AP certification.
