Senior Software Engineer, Applications (Fullstack)

Location: Boston or remote within the United States. Expect 4–5 in-person company or team on-sites per year; Boston-based employees may choose how often to visit the office.

Salary: $155,000–$215,000 for Senior Software Engineer 1; $175,000–$250,000 for Senior Software Engineer 2, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, and designers to solve real-world product challenges.
• Build end-to-end features and workflows across web and mobile applications for MedTech sales teams.
• Use data insights to identify product enhancements and resolve performance issues.
• Evaluate tools and technologies that improve scalability and delivery speed.
• Mentor developing engineers and contribute to engineering practices and team culture.
• Use agentic development tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fullstack proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong customer focus, curiosity, empathy, and the ability to take ownership and drive impact.
• Eligible work permit in the United States is required.
