Global Business EHS & Operations Sustainability Leader

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States, or another US TT site; travel up to 30% as needed

Salary: $141,120–$220,500 annually, plus a 16% annual bonus target

What you will do

• Lead EHS and operations sustainability governance across Titanium Technologies Operations.
• Monitor leading and lagging indicators, audit findings, recommendations, regulatory reporting, and compliance.
• Develop business EHS strategies, objectives, continuous-improvement plans, and Corporate Responsibility initiatives.
• Conduct site engagement and field and EHS systems audits while implementing streamlined and standardized best practices.
• Coach and mentor site EHS resources, support Safety Guardian Committees, and participate in operations and EHS leadership teams.
• Assist sites with incident investigations, injury and illness classifications, issue resolution, and agency interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in high-hazard industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to take initiative, self-manage, identify needs, and lead and implement change.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and build alignment across teams.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 30%.
