Global EHS Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at one of the following U.S. locations: Coralville, IA; Boulder, CO; Raleigh, NC; Madison, WI; San Diego, CA; or Fargo, ND. Travel of up to 20% may be required, including overnight stays.

Annual salary: $114,000–$130,000, plus bonus or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Drive adherence to standard work across global Environment, Health & Safety programs.
• Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead global initiatives to reduce incidents and improve safety performance.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align practices and share best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to EHS teams worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in environmental and safety compliance, including manufacturing and global operations.
• Expertise in implementing standard work.
• Experience with EHS management systems, reporting tools, global regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead training, investigations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and partner with global and regional teams.

Nice to have

• Professional EHS certification or certification in a related discipline.
• Experience with the hirify.global Business System or a similar continuous improvement framework.
