Senior Manager, HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment)

Location: NEMC North East Mix Center; onsite role. Immigration sponsorship is not available, and eligibility is subject to US work authorization requirements.

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the overall Health, Safety and Environment organization and build an interdependent, injury-free workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HS&E management systems, action plans, site scorecards, and masterplans.
• Lead HSE incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action completion.
• Communicate HSE performance and plans while advising leaders on program gaps and priorities.
• Build a network of HSE technology and system owners and ensure they have the required capabilities.
• Plan staffing, training, succession, and backup coverage for key HSE roles.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Engineering.
• 2–5 years of Health, Safety and Environment experience with team leadership.
• Strong leadership, business problem definition, and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to communicate insights and collaborate across teams and organizations.
• Ability to monitor upcoming HSE regulatory changes and prepare the site accordingly.
• US work authorization is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

• Industrial background or experience.
