Product Manager - Insurance Enablement (SaaS)

Location: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, West Hartford, or NYC; hybrid work required with two days in the office weekly.

Salary: $135,000–$170,000 per year.

A product-led startup within a major insurance group, building technology products and platforms that streamline underwriting, policy servicing, data insights, and digital experiences for brokers and customers.

What you will do

• Manage the software development lifecycle for features, products, and technology supporting the launch of new insurance products.
• Build and manage enhancement roadmaps with Insurance, Operations, Underwriting, engineering, design, and external partners.
• Own end-to-end execution and delivery of product features, enhancements, workflows, and tooling.
• Lead change management and coordinate smooth launches with internal and external stakeholders.
• Update underwriting rules, risk definitions, rating logic, product definitions, and supporting UI/UX.
• Coordinate changes to quoting workflows, quote letters, binders, policies, submission data, and new insurance lines.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
• Experience managing internal and external relationships and leading change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to work across business, operations, engineering, design, and vendor teams.
• Ability to work from one of the listed US locations in a hybrid arrangement with two weekly office days.
