Principal Product Manager/Product Lead (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Kansas City, MO; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Sunnyvale, CA, with remote work available in the United States.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually, depending on geographic zone, experience, and role.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and maintain a prioritized roadmap for the Banking as a Service platform.
• Build services supporting deposits, credit and lending, and credit and debit card transactions.
• Translate complex banking systems and regulatory requirements into intuitive, developer-focused products.
• Set product goals and success metrics, gather customer insights, and make data-driven trade-off decisions.
• Develop product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations from concept through launch.
• Manage and mentor product managers and make resource allocation and hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management and/or engineering, with a track record of building fintech products.
• Experience with enterprise software, scalable SaaS platforms, and highly compliance-centric products.
• Strong technical competence in high-velocity, low-latency, high-availability services and API design.
• Strong analytical judgment, first-principles thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work practically through ambiguity, explore product details, and balance user value, technical complexity, and business impact.
• Ability to work from the United States and support a hybrid office arrangement where applicable.
