Product Manager II (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week at the St. Louis Corporate Office in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA

Salary: $88,000–$113,500 base salary per year, plus potential holiday bonus and incentive awards.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, objectives, and feature priorities.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product solutions in partnership with Product Owners, engineering teams, business owners, and stakeholders.
• Own product activities from ideation and planning through delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare features for PI Planning, manage priorities and dependencies, and communicate product progress to delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Develop personas, gather feedback, analyze product trends, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Define KPIs and address security, performance, compliance, and other non-functional requirements with infrastructure, data strategy, compliance, and Information Security stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Technical understanding of complex systems and the ability to translate customer needs for technology teams.
• User-centric mindset, business acumen, systems thinking, and the ability to manage tradeoffs and multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of product and software development lifecycles, including agile, waterfall, and iterative methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future work authorization sponsorship; hybrid attendance at the St. Louis office is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Product Management certification or education, such as SAFe PO/PM, CPM, or CSPO.
• Property and Casualty Insurance experience.
• SAFe experience.
