TL;DR
Senior Financial Analyst, International (FP&A): Supporting budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting for a multi-brand international restaurant business with an accent on financial modeling, foreign exchange analysis, and cross-functional decision support. Focus on analyzing performance across countries, currencies, brands, and business models, automating reporting, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
Location: Atlanta Support Center; onsite 4 days per week

What you will do
- Support long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial modeling for sales, revenue, expenses, and foreign exchange impacts.
- Participate in monthly close activities, analyze actual results and variances, and prepare leadership reporting packages.
- Develop and track key performance indicators across brands, regions, and franchise partners.
- Prepare management presentations, quarterly business reviews, board materials, and executive-level reports.
- Lead or support special projects involving financial modeling, scenario analysis, process improvement, and reporting automation.
- Partner with International Operations, Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Treasury, Tax, and Corporate FP&A to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
- Experience with budgets, forecasts, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong PowerPoint, communication, analytical, problem-solving, business partnering, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information, manage competing priorities, and work independently with a strong focus on accuracy.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience with franchised, retail, restaurant, hospitality, consumer products, or international businesses.
- Experience with multiple currencies and international operations.
- Experience with Hyperion or similar enterprise financial planning systems, and Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tools.
