Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid position requiring in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week.

Salary: $72,300–$105,000 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Finance business partner for the Consumer Lending organization.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.
• Support month-end close by analyzing financial results, variances, revenue drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, board materials, financial commentary, and presentations.
• Develop and enhance financial models, forecasting tools, reporting templates, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Sales, Accounting, Billing, and business leadership teams while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Revenue Finance, or related financial analysis roles.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, performance reporting, and month-end close support.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, variance analysis, forecasting methodologies, and revenue driver analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, large dataset manipulation, and reporting automation.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive presentations, financial reporting materials, and board documentation.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in Consumer Lending, Banking, Credit Services, or broader Financial Services.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to board reporting, executive communications, process improvement, and reporting automation.
• Experience with OneStream, Tableau, Power BI, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
