FP&A Analyst, Wealth (Insurtech)

Location: Dallas, TX; must work in-office full time

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial models, performance reviews, variance analyses, budgets, and forecasts for assigned business units.
• Produce KPI reporting, analyze root causes and trends, and compare actual results with forecasted and budgeted results.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, financial models, and presentations to support senior management and business unit leadership.
• Improve planning processes, drive automation, and streamline financial deliverables to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with Accounting, Sales Operations, People and Culture, and department leaders on reporting, revenue modeling, headcount metrics, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Perform ad hoc business analysis and present findings to inform business decisions and support growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in FP&A or a similar field.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong quantitative, written, verbal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking, problem-solving, self-direction, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and understand financial services data and business environments.
• Ability to work in-office full time in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with OneStream, NetSuite, or SQL.
• Financial services experience.
