Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial storytelling for corporate business partners.
• Prepare executive-level management reporting for operations and corporate overhead and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
• Support Board of Directors materials and Executive Leadership presentations.
• Define key performance indicators with business leaders and develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Review, validate, and troubleshoot data sources while balancing dashboard usability, accuracy, performance, and relevance.
• Improve efficiency through reporting automation, data and system transformation, process documentation, and metric definition.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role within a large organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with executives and management across operations, corporate, and finance teams.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, initiative, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-financial audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle’s E-Business Suite, Business Intelligence, Hyperion applications, Snowflake, SQL-based data platforms, Microsoft Copilot, or Power Automate.
• Experience implementing advanced analytics with AI tools.
