Senior Manager, FP&A- Wealth

What you will do

• Support and mentor FP&A professionals while promoting development, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly financial models, performance reports, variance analyses, and leadership presentations.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for assigned Wealth business units, analyzing risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
• Partner with Wealth leaders on monthly and quarterly financial reviews, cost management, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives.
• Build business cases and scenario analyses and recommend data-driven actions.
• Improve planning processes, automate workflows, streamline reporting, and support financial system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Approximately 6–8 years of experience in FP&A or a related field, including experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, complex Excel data analysis, and ERP systems such as OneStream and Oracle EPM/HFM.
• Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and business partnership skills.
• Ability to prepare high-quality financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
