Junior Supply Planner

What you will do

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of products and materials supporting the Automotive business across EMEA.
• Maintain and adjust supply plans based on customer demand, material availability, and production constraints.
• Monitor product availability and identify supply risks, shortages, and delivery constraints.
• Align feasible supply plans with production sites through regular planning meetings.
• Communicate supply risks, availability issues, and plan changes to Customer Service and customer-facing teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain stakeholders while supporting improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or customer service, with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Fluent English and strong coordination and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical, customer-oriented, and able to identify risks, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
