Logistics Specialist (m/f/x)

Location: Wrocław, Poland — MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9. On-site working model with at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Manage daily relationships with transportation carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners.
• Source, evaluate, onboard, and maintain qualified carriers according to company requirements.
• Identify carrier performance issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support transportation planning and capacity management by maintaining an effective carrier network.
• Resolve operational, billing, service, and performance issues involving carriers.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management on carrier and network opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in carrier management, transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with freight carriers, 3PLs, transportation providers, or logistics partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with process standardization, centralization, and continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience with TMS, ERP, or transportation procurement systems.
• Strong project management skills covering planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
