EMEA Demand Planner (Business-Facing Demand Planning) (Supply Chain Planning/Forecasting): Forecasting finished goods demand across the EMEA region and aligning demand plans with business plans through S&OP, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration with an accent on forecast accuracy, exception management, and product lifecycle planning. Focus on optimizing statistical forecasts, running what-if simulations, maintaining demand-system data integrity, and translating forecast insights into supply and production planning decisions.
Location: Wroclaw, Powstańców Śląskich, Poland; on-site working model with at least four days per week in the office. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel.

What you will do
- Forecast finished goods demand for the EMEA region and align demand plans with business plans through the S&OP process.
- Collect, validate, and integrate market intelligence with business teams and regional stakeholders.
- Manage demand-planning exceptions, forecast bias, unusual consumption, and forecast-performance metrics.
- Support product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions and phase-in/phase-out transitions.
- Optimize statistical forecasts, conduct what-if simulations, and maintain data integrity in demand-planning systems.
- Provide demand inputs to supply and production planning and support continuous-improvement projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or a related planning role.
- Strong knowledge of demand-planning principles, forecasting methodologies, and business processes affecting demand generation.
- Experience with demand-planning and ERP tools; Kinaxis, SAP/APO, or similar platforms are preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including experience with forecast exceptions, performance metrics, and data quality.
- Fluent English is required; a bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, business administration, materials management, industrial engineering, or a related field is required.
- Ability to work on site in Wroclaw at least four days per week and work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
