Senior Recruiter - Technical

Location: Remote, based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, United States; work hours are Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern Time hours.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, present qualified slates, and build technical talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement through timely communication and progress updates.
• Advise hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Strong technical recruitment knowledge is highly preferred.
• Fluent English is essential.
