What you will do

• Source, screen, and place technical candidates across Information Technology and Engineering roles.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and close open requisitions efficiently.
• Contribute recruiting expertise to a growing technical recruiting team.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in technical recruiting.
• More than 4 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success filling Information Technology and/or Engineering positions.
• Proficiency with MS Office, internet navigation, Applicant Tracking Systems, employment websites, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Results-driven approach and strong orientation toward success.
