Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Salary: $80,000–$115,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Use advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage diverse candidate pools.
• Track recruitment performance metrics and optimize hiring processes.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Support employer branding initiatives and fair, consistent hiring practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior talent acquisition teammates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and HR technologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in the Phoenix office under a hybrid arrangement.
