IT Recruiter (Technical Recruitment)

Location: Remote from Mexico; full-time availability with agreed availability for US clients and candidates during US business hours.

Salary: $900–$1,600 per month, plus KPI and placement bonuses. Placement bonuses include 10% of the recruitment fee collected for contingency placements.

What you will do

• Manage technical and non-technical vacancies from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and prepare candidate summaries for hiring managers.
• Maintain pipelines across multiple vacancies and match available candidates with relevant client openings.
• Coordinate proactively with candidates and hiring managers to keep recruitment processes moving.
• Track recruitment metrics, provide pipeline updates, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technical recruitment.
• Strong hands-on sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Strong spoken and written English required.
• Ability to manage multiple active vacancies independently from sourcing through placement.
• Confidence communicating with international hiring managers and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to legally provide and invoice services as an independent contractor or self-employed professional in Mexico, or through an approved freelance platform.
