Data Scientist (Machine Learning): Building statistical analyses and machine learning models from complex data sources to solve business problems and improve decision-making with an accent on analytical design, data preparation, and commercial impact. Focus on leading multi-deliverable projects, evaluating peer work, improving shared code, and communicating results to stakeholders and leadership.
Location: Atlanta Support Center, United States; onsite four days per week, typically Monday–Thursday

What you will do
- Lead statistical analysis and build models for complex business problems.
- Design analytical solutions using business and technical expertise.
- Lead projects with multiple statistical deliverables.
- Prepare complex and new data sources for analytical solutions.
- Contribute to the code repository and improve the coding of other analysts.
- Communicate analytical results and business impact to stakeholders and mid-level leadership while evaluating peer deliverables.
Requirements
- Onsite availability in Atlanta four days per week is required.
- A STEM degree with relevant experience: bachelor’s degree with typically 2–3 years of highly relevant experience, master’s degree with 1–2 years, or PhD with 0–1 years.
- Familiarity with statistics and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in at least three of Spark, Python, R, SQL, Git version control, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and communicate analytical findings clearly.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a STEM field with more than two years of relevant experience.
