Senior Data Scientist

What you will do

• Own data science projects from problem definition and exploratory analysis through model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and optimize machine learning models, including feature engineering, model selection, and performance improvement.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate models into applications and data pipelines with scalability and reliability.
• Design experiments, including A/B tests and causal inference studies, to inform product and business decisions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve data infrastructure and workflows while mentoring junior team members and contributing to data science best practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional data science experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production machine learning models.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, and machine learning fundamentals.
• Fluency in Python or R and SQL.
• Experience across the full model lifecycle, from scoping and feature engineering through validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to explain technical work and uncertainty clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
