Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote anywhere in the continental United States, or onsite at the corporate office in Utah

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve decision systems and predictive models supporting competitive advantage.
• Explore internal and external data sources to improve model performance.
• Design, implement, and evaluate in-market experiments for new algorithms, technologies, and processes.
• Prototype solutions to business problems using advanced technologies and analytics.
• Recommend and support strategic changes through rigorous analysis and creative problem solving.
• Identify, evaluate, and help implement advanced analytics methods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, physics, or computer science.
• Experience with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL.
• Demonstrated application of advanced models to real-world problems.
• Ability to create rigorous research and evaluation designs.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn as AI-enabled tools and workflows evolve.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Git.
• Experience using and implementing agentic AI.
