Project Coordinator

Location: New Orleans, LA, United States

Salary: $18–$20 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate bath renovation projects from sale through installation, including measurements, scheduling, materials ordering, and job detail reviews.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, production, sales, and other internal departments.
• Maintain accurate job records, folders, documentation, and project cost tracking.
• Support reporting, issue resolution, and customer service activities.
• Provide backup support to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in office support, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with varied teams.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to excellent service.
