Project Coordinator - Environmental Solutions

Location: Anchorage, AK, USA; full-time, onsite position.

What you will do

• Provide administrative support for field industrial services customer projects.
• Order supplies and obtain customer pricing to support project resourcing.
• Print work orders and enter labor, materials, and equipment details into daily work reports.
• Open projects and upload daily reports and supporting documentation into EQAI.
• Reconcile daily work reports against hours and track project burn rates.
• Coordinate and facilitate subcontractors while communicating with field teams and customers.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with field industrial services projects and staff or equipment resourcing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and environmental standards.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
• Must work full-time in Anchorage, Alaska, USA.
