Risk Control Advisor

Salary: $100,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Identify client exposures, benchmark performance against industry best practices, and recommend solutions to prevent losses.
• Deliver safety training, conduct facility audits, and develop written safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Establish subject-matter expertise supporting IMA’s client base.
• Own and maintain risk control service plans for assigned clients.
• Analyze losses and publish loss analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage client questions and coordinate with Marketing, Underwriting, and the Risk Control Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience performing risk assessments and providing risk control services to client accounts.
• Experience developing proposals and capabilities presentations.
• Professional credentials and the ability to maintain them.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency with MS Office, EPIC, and Safety Reports.
