People Partner (SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid with in-person work three days a week and based within commuting distance of a hub

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and managers to align people priorities with business goals and company values.
• Advise and coach leaders on performance, development, team dynamics, organisational change, and the employee lifecycle.
• Implement and manage performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent planning, and other core people processes.
• Use people data, engagement results, performance metrics, and external sources to diagnose challenges and recommend improvements.
• Co-deliver change initiatives, ensuring clear communication, leader enablement, buy-in, and smooth implementation.
• Identify capability gaps and partner with relevant functions on leadership enablement and learning content.

Requirements

• Experience as a People Partner supporting Revenue functions in fast-moving technology companies.
• Track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, high-performance culture, leadership development, and change management.
• Coaching mindset with excellent communication skills and experience enabling leaders and managers.
• Experience working across regions and time zones with international teams.
• English is the official office language; the role requires commuting to a hub in Barcelona.
