What you will do
- Advise senior business leaders on complex organizational, workforce, talent, and people-related challenges.
- Lead post-merger workforce integration, including organizational alignment, role mapping, policy harmonization, and change implementation.
- Manage sensitive and high-complexity employee relations matters while balancing legal compliance, business priorities, and employee experience.
- Design, implement, and improve scalable programs covering performance management, workforce planning, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Use workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in strategic HR business partnering and advising senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model changes.
- Expert knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory frameworks, with experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Experience in performance management, career development, succession planning, leadership enablement, and organizational capability development.
- Ability to apply people analytics and change management principles to organizational transformation.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the London office 1 day per week.
