Senior People Business Partner - Product & Engineering

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States

Salary: $127,000–$168,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate business goals into people decisions that improve execution, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
• Own core people processes, including workforce planning, talent calibration, performance management, job architecture, and leveling.
• Use data, observations, and domain expertise to identify recurring patterns, surface insights, and help leaders course-correct proactively.
• Lead organizational change in a dynamic environment while maintaining transparency, seamless transitions, and business continuity.
• Independently manage complex people matters and workplace issues, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
• Collaborate with People Team centers of excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable people solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to serve as an influential thought partner to senior Product and Engineering leaders and anticipate evolving business needs.
• Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex and ambiguous workstreams while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Expertise in identifying patterns, synthesizing people insights, and turning them into clear actions.
• Ability to drive organizational change, manage complex people matters, and apply sound judgment to workplace risk.
• Expertise in workforce planning, talent calibration, performance management, job architecture, and leveling.
• Strong collaboration, coaching, knowledge-sharing, and cross-functional communication skills.
