Senior People Business Partner (AI)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States

Base salary: $127,000–$168,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with Product and Engineering leaders to translate business goals into people decisions that improve execution and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify patterns and insights across Product and Engineering, turning data and observations into clear actions.
• Lead organizational change in a fast-paced environment while supporting transparency and business continuity.
• Drive workforce planning, talent calibration, performance management, job architecture, and leveling activities.
• Manage complex people matters and provide practical workplace and people-risk guidance.
• Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to deliver scalable people solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a People Business Partner supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Ability to operate independently across complex and ambiguous situations while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent management, performance management, job architecture, and organizational change.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving, pattern recognition, coaching, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Must satisfy U.S. Government export-control eligibility requirements, including U.S. person status or eligibility to access the controlled information or obtain authorization.
