Location: Hybrid (London) — minimum 60% office attendance required

Salary: £70K – £80K + Bonus

What you will do

• Partner with senior Technology and Data leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coach and influence leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance, and employee engagement.
• Lead organisational design, restructures, and business transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Use workforce data and employee health metrics to proactively identify and solve people-related issues.
• Drive a high-performance culture through coaching leaders on performance management and calibration.
• Simplify People function processes and improve workflows by integrating AI and automation.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner supporting Technology, Engineering, or Data organisations.
• Track record of partnering with Director-level leaders to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Strong expertise in organisational design, change management, and collective consultation.
• Solid generalist HR background, including employee relations and employment law.
• Ability to use people data and workforce insights to influence business decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from London to meet hybrid requirements.
