Senior People Partner

Location: London, hybrid; office attendance required for a minimum of 60% of the time over a 12-week period. A 28-day Work from Abroad policy is available.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 plus bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with senior corporate leaders to develop people plans aligned with business priorities.
• Use workforce data, organisational insights, employee health metrics, engagement data, and industry trends to guide decisions.
• Coach and influence leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance, talent, and engagement.
• Lead and support organisational design, restructures, business transformation, and collective consultation where appropriate.
• Improve People processes, workflows, operating models, and ways of working through AI and automation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning, People Operations, and Legal on integrated people solutions.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner supporting corporate or commercial organisations.
• Experience partnering with Director-level leaders to deliver strategic people outcomes.
• Strong experience in organisational change, organisational design, restructures, and change management.
• Generalist People partnering experience, including employee relations and employment law.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Experience improving People processes or operating models, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
