Sr. Manager, Operational Programs

Location: New York, NY; hybrid. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 per year, plus bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Run high-priority operational programs, including clinician onboarding and network support.
• Own program analytics, dashboards, and reporting; turn performance data into operational decisions.
• Define problems, identify root causes, simplify fragmented workflows, and measure improvements from launch through adoption.
• Replace repetitive manual work with automation, AI, and improved tooling.
• Partner with Data, Product, Engineering, and Clinical stakeholders to build and implement solutions.
• Lead workgroups, remove blockers, coordinate change management, and track impact on clinician ramp-up, patient-care time, and service capacity.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation.
• Strong quantitative skills with metrics, dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytical storytelling.
• Systems-thinking and hands-on experience managing workflows, tools, data, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using automation or no-code/low-code tools and an interest in applying AI to operational work.
• Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with an electronic health record (EHR) and the ability to work in a hybrid New York role with U.S. work authorization.
