Senior Learning Program Manager (EdTech)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Oversee curriculum content development projects, including program refinement and launches.
• Lead curriculum developers and subject matter experts in creating educational content.
• Establish quality control processes to maintain the accuracy and relevance of learning programs.
• Experiment with content modalities such as skills labs and simulations.
• Analyze program performance, learner engagement, and outcomes to guide improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in an edtech environment.
• Experience with healthcare or nursing programs and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in instructional design, preferably for online learning.
• Strong understanding of edtech, online pedagogy, and adult learners' needs.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment requiring adaptability and resilience.

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech or nursing.
• Experience supporting adult learners online.
• Experience working with or leading curriculum developers.
• Experience managing end-to-end content development.
