Senior Strategic Realization Program Manager

Salary: USD $120,051–$171,072 annually; target annual bonus varies by role level.

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO, Executive Team, and Global Leadership Team to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives.
• Define objectives and KPIs, assess business cases, pressure-test assumptions, and identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps.
• Design and maintain performance measurement systems, multi-level dashboards, and near-real-time monitoring mechanisms.
• Analyze performance data and synthesize risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations for senior executives.
• Design, prototype, standardize, and transition durable processes, frameworks, and operating models to business owners.
• Lead change management through communication plans, training, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field, with experience in business operations.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or performance management.
• Experience leading teams and transformation initiatives without formal authority and delivering results through others.
• Proven ability to design and implement KPIs, dashboards, balanced scorecards, or comparable performance frameworks.
• Strong strategic judgment, critical thinking, executive communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and adapt approaches as new information emerges.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related health science field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Balanced Scorecard or OKR frameworks.
• Experience identifying and scaling AI-enabled tools, automation, or workflow technologies.
