Senior Specialist - Sales, Customers, Finance, Operations (SIOP)

Location: Kohler, Wisconsin, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $89,800–$114,100 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and improve statistical demand forecasts at product-family and SKU or finished-goods specification levels.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, attainment, demand variability, shipments, open orders, customer forecasts, and sales pipeline data.
• Partner with Sales and strategic customers to identify and close volume gaps against monthly, quarterly, and annual FINPLAN commitments.
• Lead forecast alignment reviews, monthly revenue-risk and opportunity reviews, and key portions of the SIOP process.
• Facilitate consensus planning across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Build executive reports, Power BI dashboards, Excel forecasting models, and what-if scenarios while improving inventory and working-capital performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, SIOP, supply chain analytics, or related functions.
• 2+ years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or a similar advanced planning system, and 2+ years with SAP ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and forecasting models.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills, with experience leading cross-functional discussions and influencing business decisions.
• US work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting executive SIOP or IBP processes and collaborating directly with customers on forecasting.
• Power BI or similar business intelligence experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engine, or consumer products industries.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or IBF certification.
• Knowledge of MAPE, bias, forecast attainment, and demand variability KPIs.
